At ZENTRO, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

  • It must include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase

Include your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at zentrosuppport@gmail.com.


3. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost.

For other exchange requests, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards
